Ingredients

  • Basic Homemade Coffee Creamer:
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • *Note: Any 2 cups of your favorite milk combination will work.
  • 4-6 tablespoons blue agave nectar adjust to your liking
  • Flavorings and/or spices. ex: almond, pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, mint

  • Autumn Spice Coffee Creamer:
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoon blue agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice or
  • (2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves)

Instructions

  1. Pour milk, cream and agave nectar in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously, until it begins to steam. Turn off heat before mixture boils.
  2. Add spices and flavorings and stir until well combined.
  3. If desired, pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Pour into glass jars and allow mixture to cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to two weeks (depending on the expiration date of milk/cream used).
