Recipe Notes

PS. Lammes Candies Sherbet Mints are probably a seasonal item at Cracker Barrel. Here are some possible options:

1. Lammes Candies Sherbet Mints - a good source, but much more expensive than what Cracker Barrel charges. (https://lammes.com/product.php?web_item_id=212)

2. Bates Nut Farm - a good option. (http://batesnutfarm.biz/i-8951431-party-mints-wafers-10-oz.html)

3. Homemade White Chocolate Pastel Mints - not sure, but might work. (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/member/views/white-chocolate-pastel-mints-50051124)

4. Seroogy’s Mint Candies - more like a thin mint but with pastel coatings. (http://www.seroogys.com/category_04b6ccde93eb/product_6edcb029a749/)

5. Martha Stewart Mint Icings - naturally flavored & colored mint icings. (http://www.marthastewart.com/273503/blueberry-strawberry-and-mint-icings)
