Birthday Popcorn for Ezra

Birthday Popcorn is all dressed up just waiting to party. Kettle Corn, melting wafers, sprinkles & salt. An easy & fun treat for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces candy melts any color or chocolate
  • 8 cups Kettle Corn store bought or homemade
  • Sprinkles or nonpareils of your choice
  • Coarse salt or kosher salt for sprinkling over popcorn optional

Instructions

  1. Pour popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt candy melts according to package directions.
  3. Pour melted candy over popcorn and mix until all popcorn is coated.
  4. Pour onto a parchment covered baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with coarse salt.
  7. Allow to completely dry.
  8. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Keep popcorn in an airtight container or Ziploc Bag.
Popcorn is best eaten within 2 days.
